Intuitive Eating Coaching
The Intuitive Eating principles help to cultivate a way of eating that integrates instinct, emotion and rational thought. Through coaching, I can provide a framework and guidance for you to explore and discover satisfaction in eating in a way that feels safe and healthy.
Honouring health with gentle nutrition, respecting the body, discovering satisfaction in eating, making peace with food and rejecting the ‘dieting’ mentality are just a few aspects of the Intuitive Eating approach to wellbeing and self-care.
I love how Intuitive Eating fits so well as a long-term management tool for managing gastrointestinal symptoms, once the food intolerances have been identified.
If you’re tired of yoyo dieting, or if you’re looking to improve your relationship with food, or think about ‘what next’ after an elimination diet, please get in touch so we can get you eating intuitively again.
